USU Day Trips: Wild Life Sydney Zoo

Explore Sydney and make friends this semester break with USU's weekly Day Trips!

We're kickstarting with a trip to a Sydney favourite, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo 🦘🐨

Join us as we explore the indoors all-Australian animal zoo to see well-known favourites such as kangaroos, koalas, a giant crocodile and much more. There's also the Kangaroo Walkabout where you can get up close to the kangaroos - maybe close enough to pet them!

$7 for USU Members | $5 for USU Rewards Members

The trip will begin outside WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo at 12pm. Any students who'd like guidance are welcome to meet the USU Team outside Fisher Library on campus at 11am.

What is USU Day Trips?

USU Day Trips is an event series for USYD international and domestic students to make new friends and explore all the best parts of Sydney. This semester break, we're running weekly Day Trips to various highlights Sydney has to offer, from a guided tour of the Sydney Opera House to a bike tour around the city.

Who can join Day Trips?

Day Trips are open to all USU Members. If you aren’t a member yet, make sure you sign up today so you can come along and enjoy all the fun. The best part is, it's free for all USYD students! Sign up for USU membership here.

What are the Covid-19 safety requirements?

Day Trips attendees are required to follow all of the University's Covid Safety Precautions, any Covid Safety requirements issued by the NSW Health and those of venues visited during the trip. This may include but are not limited to wearing masks on public transport and checking in via the Health QR.

Tickets are sold out. What do I do now?

Please email us if you'd like to join the waitlist, and we'll contact you as soon as a spot opens. But don't worry if you miss out on this Day Trip, the next one is just around the corner!
