This R U OK Day, the USU invites you to take a break and join us for a relaxed morning to unwind and reset.

We’ll start the morning with a guided meditation to help you relax and let go of any uni stress 🧘‍♀️, then head down to Courtyard Café to enjoy a coffee together (our shout!).

It’s a great chance to check in with yourself and others 💬 as you get ready for the class, exams and assignments. Come hang out, Meditate, and Caffeinate with us for R U OK? Day!

👶✨ Beginner, 💪 pro, or anywhere in between — everyone’s welcome! 🧘‍♀️ We recommend wearing comfy clothes 👟 and feel free to bring your own yoga mat 🪷 (but don’t stress, we’ll have some ready for you too!)

The $5 Ticket price will be refunded as long as you are scanned on the morning of the event.
