Navigating gender, race, faith, and belonging

In Australia, 48.2 per cent of people were born overseas or have parents from overseas... so how can we celebrate these diverse experiences of culture?

Hear from Sarah Malik, Walkley-award-winning Australian investigative journalist, author, and television presenter, as she unpacks this + more at UTS’s 2023 International Women’s Day celebrations.

The event will also feature a panel discussion facilitated by Verity Firth, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Social Justice and Inclusion), UTS. The panellists will share their own personal stories and experiences of navigating the world through the lens of gender, culture, race – and how to step into your power.

Panellists to be confirmed.
