We’re excited to welcome you to our campus for the Seminar on Detecting Drones with Artificial Intelligence which is part of the UTS Tech Festival 2022!
About:
Recent increases in the usage of small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)/drones are a rising threat due to their potential misuse for illegal activities namely smuggling of drugs, terrorism using explosives or chemical weapons, to mention a few. Hence, surveillance and tracking of drones is very essential to prevent unforeseen situations and security threats. The ability to reliably detect and track UAVs/drones has become a critical capability for the defence sector, as well as for other government agencies and commercial entities.
In this session, you will see how different sensors and AI can be used to detect Drones!
