UTS Writers' Salon - Creative Writing Extravaganza!

The UTS Writers' Salon is joining forces with Wordstock for an end-of-year Writing extravaganza, giving students, alumni and staff the chance to read their work in-front of a willing audience.

While the Writers' Salon traditionally sees UTS alumni reading from their works, the final Salon of the year the event will also host Wordstock, an annual writing showcase by current students, giving them a chance to win prizes for presenting their works. 

You can read poems, fiction, non-fiction, scenes from a script, whatever you like. It must be your own work, and each reader has a maximum of five minutes to read. 

It will all be happening at Cafe 80 (in Building 8) and you will be able to buy refreshments through the night. There will be prizes and refreshments, and maybe even a special guest!
