    The Madison Club is partnering with the University of Wisconsin Badger Talks to present a series of behind the scenes talks about the famous Badger Sports programs.  

    On Tuesday, April 18th, the club will welcome Jason King and Sarah Minkoff to discuss the historic UW Athletic Facilities and the exciting upgrade projects the university has been undertaking such as the South End Zone Project.  

    Jason King was named Wisconsin's Senior Associate Athletic Director for Capital Projects and Operations in 2015, after spending the previous three years as associate athletic director, and 11 years previous in charge of facilities and game operations at Southern Illinois. During his tenure he has overseen multiple major projects including the LaBahn Arena, a game and practice facility for the women's hockey team and a practice facility for the men's hockey team, opened in October of 2012. An all-season golf training center at University Ridge, completed in November of 2012. The Goodman Softball Training Center opened in September of 2013. And construction continues on Camp Randall Stadium and the McClain Center as part of the $86 million Student-Athlete Performance Center that will be completed in 2024. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa and a master's degree in higher education/sports management from Drake.

    Sarah Minkoff is the Assistant Athletic Director, Revenue Strategy. In her current role, Minkoff oversees all department-wide strategies focused on maximizing revenue. Sarah works in collaboration with the Athletic Ticket Office, Development and Marketing to focus on revenue generating opportunities.

    Please join us for cocktails, appetizers and lively conversation beginning at 5:30 PM. King and Minkoff will give their remarks and answer questions from around 6:15 PM to 7:00 PM. The price includes entry to the event and light hors d’oeuvres. Wine and beer will also be available for purchase. The cost for Madison Club members and pre-registered guests is $18.00.
