🌿 UWA Group Walk – Relax, Recharge & Connect! 🌿

Hey UWA Students!

Feeling stuck indoors or sitting for too long? Need a refreshing break from your study or work? Join our Group Walk every Monday and Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM!

Supported by UWA Student Life, this group walk series is designed to break up long sitting hours, encourage outdoor movement, and help you connect with peers while enjoying the beauty of UWA’s campus. It’s also a great opportunity to check in on each other’s well-being each week!

🚶‍♂️ No special preparation is needed—just bring yourself, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy a relaxing stroll through campus. It’s a simple and friendly way to de-stress and connect.

🌟 What to Expect:

A scenic ~2km walking route through UWA’s campus (roughly 33 minutes based on Google Maps).
The walk starts at UWA Business School and finishes at The Tavern, where we’ll provide free food for a casual networking and reflective journaling session.
Reflective journaling—share the positives from your week or any worries you’d like to talk about or write about. Alternatively, we can provide equipment for you to record a short video/audio clip to celebrate milestones or positive moments from your day or week! At the end of the whole group walk series, these moments will be shared and celebrated informally (with your consent).
This series features 10 walks over 5 weeks, held every Monday and Friday to kickstart and wrap up your week!

📍 Meeting Point: Gate of UWA Business School
💸 Cost: Free!

Note: Registration is required for each walk event to manage numbers (20 maximum). So keep an eye on our registration link for each walk event.

📸 Photos/Videos: We may capture photos or videos during the event for memories and future promotion.

If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know when you register or when we meet (Not a problem at all)!
