VAGUS NERVE WORKSHOP
In this 1 hour workshop, you'll learn a few different ways to stimulate your Vagus nerve and kickstart the amazing ANTI-STRESS response of your body.
Vagus nerve is the wandering nerve in the body that when at work optimally will help with:
-Pain regulation
-Anxiety
-Tension in the body
-Movement
You'll learn techniques that can be used to help with sleep and pain at night as well, when used regularly can allow the body the rest it truly needs and wake feeling well rested.
Things to bring with you:
-Cushion or pillow that you find comfortable lying on
- A light Throw or blanket
