A target is only as good as the evidence that it's doing something.

Expression tells you a protein is present. Proximity tells you two proteins are close. Neither tells you whether they're functionally engaged.

That's the gap this webinar is about.

QF-Pro® Technology from Hawk Biosystems is an in situ quantitative interactomics platform that measures protein-protein interactions, post-translational modifications, and receptor heterodimerization directly in fixed cells and FFPE tissue. It reports functional engagement as a quantitative QF-Pro® Score, giving translational and biomarker teams a way to validate targets by function, not just by presence.

Each generation of omics has added a layer. Genomics. Transcriptomics. Spatial proteomics. QF-Pro® adds what comes next: protein functionality. It doesn't replace the workflows you already run. It sits alongside them and answers a different question.

What you'll take away

✓ How QF-Pro® works, from sample to QF-Pro® Score
✓ What functional biomarkers look like in practice: interaction-based, activation-based, mechanism-linked
✓ How teams are using QF-Pro® to validate biomarkers in FFPE samples that were previously off the table for functional work
✓ Where it fits alongside your existing IHC, IF, and spatial workflows

Who this is for

Translational research teams, biomarker validation groups, immuno-oncology researchers, and clinical development teams working on targets where function, engagement, or activation state determines outcome.
