Valparaiso Events is a non-profit organization that hosts a variety of community events throughout the year, and the majority of them are free to attend. FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Event is 21+ only. Please have valid ID at check in to receive 21+ wristband.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes. You can buy up to 10 tickets per transaction. They can all be under your name but given to other attendees. All attendees must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID.

Are babies/children or non-service animal pets allowed?

Event is 21+ only. No babies or children allowed. Non-service animals/pets are prohibited.

Where should I park?

You can find a parking map on our website here: http://valparaisoevents.com/parking-map/. The Porter County Administration Building has a public parking garage located at Indiana and Napoleon.

Are the tickets refundable?

Tickets are nonrefundable unless the entire event is cancelled prior to Friday, June 28th.

What is the weather policy?

We are contractually obligated to follow the Valparaiso Parks Department Inclement Weather Policy. Should a storm warning be issued, or lightning be seen, vendors will cease activities and attendees will be asked to vacate the park until the end of the storm warning. The event will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike or after the storm warning expires.
