Join us for our night of impact, our Variety of Chefs Gala evening, as we celebrate the best our beautiful Isle has to offer.

You’ll be treated to a four-course degustation, each created by a standout Tasmanian chef and complemented by award-winning Tassie beverages.

Our MCs for the night are the hilarious Chef & The Showman duo, John X and Chef Paul Foreman and the witty Sarah Morrison of 7HOM who’ll take us through the unique auction items, live crosses to the kitchen and dance the night away to an amazing performance by the Royal Australian Navy Band Tasmania.

Refund policy

Refund Policy Variety Tasmania reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all aspects of the event. If the event is cancelled or moved by Variety Tasmania, ticket holders will have the following options to choose from: 1- Transfer the ticket to another Variety Tasmania event. If the new event is cheaper a refund of the difference will be made to the ticket holder. If the new event is more expensive no additional charges will apply. 2- Offer the amount as a tax-deductible donation to Variety Tasmania and a tax receipt will be issued 3- Full refund * The amount excludes any booking or credit card fee.
