As we enter into the exam period, it can be difficult to practice mindfulness and keep all the stress at bay. As students and recent graduates ourselves, it is VASA's goal to provide you with a safe space to destress, express, and recharge. So join us in a supportive environment where you can explore mindfulness, creativity, and self-care through art.

Unwind at our Paint and Meditate Workshop where you will get the chance to be part of an open discussion about the importance of maintaining good mental health and hear from knowledgeable guest speakers on methods towards doing so. Then, you will be able to explore one of the outlets of de-stressing: through art! You will be joined by a professional artist who will guide and help you express your inner feelings and thoughts onto the canvas to create your own unique artwork that you will take home.

All materials will be provided so all you have to do is purchase your ticket and attend on the day!
