Maintaining a sense of wellbeing in our busy lives is not only important, it's essential. As part of our ongoing commitment to our member's health and wellness, we would like to invite you to our second Meditation & Roaming Breakfast series at the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Spring Hill.

Start your day in a peaceful and relaxed setting with a morning meditation and roaming breakfast at KMC Brisbane. You will be greeted with a mini home-made granola yoghurt on arrival, with tea, coffee and juices available in the lounge area.

At 7.30am, everyone will gather in the beautiful meditation room for a guided meditation and a talk on developing a calm and positive mind, with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Ani. This 45 minute session combines both guided meditation and practical teachings derived from Buddhist wisdom to help us develop inner peace.

At the end of the session, you will be invited back into the lounge to mingle with a delicious light breakfast.

Information packs will be available for individuals to attend KMC's regular events.

Event Schedule:

7am - doors open, tea/chai/coffee/juice and yogurt/granola pots
7.30-8.15am - talk and meditation
8.15-9am - tea/coffee, light vegetarian breakfast
