Be treated to an intimate 6 course vegan degustation experience with renowned chef Elijah Attard at this Glimpse gathering. This is a Chef's Table experience, a dedicated countertop experience where the chefs will look after you from an arrival cocktail at the start to the end with dessert such as Dandelion Sundae & Wattleseed Ice Magic, amongst the tunes of a live swing band.

The Chef's Table highlights wild foraged and locally sourced produce such as natives from Nathan at Naway Yila Buradja and delicate micro greens from Noah Verin at Urban Greens. Elijah Attard's career spans from being the chef at 2 hatted vegan restaurant Yellow, a writer for Australian Bartender Magazine, and host of hospitality podcast Root Hospitality.

With the damaging environmental links between meat consumption and climate change, Glimpse has chosen this experience as a way to inspire all the flavoursome possibilities with vegan food.
