This is a hands' on workshop where you will learn about the importance of the gut microbiome and be introduced to making sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, vinegar and sourdough bread.
Make and take home 3 different jars of vegetables, to ferment at home;
Enjoy a shared meal, tasting a variety of fermented foods and sourdough bread; you might like to bring something to contribute, but not essential;
Be provided with starters, a detailed handout and recipes.
Please bring 3 empty glass jars with lids if you like to take home what you are making.
