Vegetable Gardens & Organic Soil Preparation Workshop

This Vegetable Gardens and Organic Soil Preparation Workshop is about the soil food web and soil microbiome and how to develop good soil.

It will cover

• The eight categories of organic fertilisers which feed soil microbes, which in turn feed plants

• Discussion about what people have tried and what has worked and what hasn’t

• A field trip to an organic Market Garden (1.30-3pm)

Bring lunch and gumboots.
