"Compassion starts on our plates because you are what you eat." - Heather Zeitzwolfe

Hi, I'm Heather Zeitzwolfe, and I'm here to help you transition to a vegan lifestyle and embrace plant-based living with enthusiasm and ease. As the Savvy Frugal Vegan, I love disrupting the status quo and encouraging everyone to think differently about food, ethics, and sustainability.

My mission is to support one million people in adopting and maintaining a healthy, affordable, plant-based diet.

I believe the easiest way to convert someone to a plant-based diet is by serving them delicious food. After all, the fastest way to someone's heart is through their stomach! My goal is to guide you toward a budget-friendly, cruelty-free lifestyle that benefits your health, promotes animal rights, and fosters a harmonious world filled with peace, love, and understanding.

I'm dedicated to animal rights and equality and want to inspire you to make compassionate choices that positively impact your life and the world. Through engaging speaking engagements, content creation, and personal connections, I share my journey and knowledge with a fun and authentic vibe.

Beyond activism, I'm a speaker, podcaster, entrepreneur, and content creator. I love sharing tips and tricks for living a frugal yet fabulous vegan life. I'm also a GenX'r, doll collector, film geek, cat mom, and self-proclaimed Tofu Wizard. My days are filled with laughter, creativity, and yummy vegan food.
