Vendor Bookings- Hervey Bay Wedding and Events Expo 2021

Hi there!
Welcome to the Hervey Bay Wedding & Events Expo for 2021, we are so excited to have you onboard!
Booking a stall at the expo is a fantastic way to meet new clients, network with other local businesses and promote your product.
Stalls are $145 per 3m wide x 2.5m deep section
Tables and linen can be hired and set up for you on the day:
- Trestle Tables: $10 Each
- White Tablecloth: $5 Each
- Chairs: $5 Each
As you register to book your stalls, these hire items ^^ will pop up to purchase in the same transaction.
We highly recommend creating some special deals and giveaways in the lead up to, and on the day of the expo. This can be in the form of gift vouchers, samples of your products and special discounts for attendees- just to name a few.

Logistics:
- There will be an AM and PM session to comply with the COVID requirements, they will run from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm
- Set up will begin from 7:30am on the day, to be ready for open doors at 10:30am
- You are required to check in using the provided QR codes on entry and exit of the venue
- Stall order will be allocated and decided at the discretion of The Opulence AU
- Pack down will commence at 4pm and cease at 6pm.
- We will not be providing an area for vehicles and food vans to park. If this you, you can still book a stall to promote your business, give us a call if you would like assistance with this.
- The Opulence AU accept no responsibility for the property that you bring to this event. By booking your stall and attending the event you agree to accept full responsibility for the supervision of your stall.
- Powerpoints are limited and can not be guaranteed. Please bring your own power-boards where required. The Exhibitor is responsible to ensure all power boards, power cords, power extension cords and power extension boards have been tested and tagged by a qualified electrician before use at this event.
