Lineup

  • U-DAY

    U-DAY

U-DAY is a Wellington-based techno DJ with a sound rooted in the shadows and shaped by the underground. Driven by a deep love for travel and raw, fast-paced techno, his journey has taken him across the globe, absorbing the energy of dancefloors and digging deep into darker sonic territories. With a taste for acid and a no-compromise attitude, it wasn’t long before he stepped behind the decks himself fueled by the pulse of the music and the artists who inspired him. His sets are crafted to break away from the expected. U-DAY doesn’t just play tracks, he builds tension, releases chaos, and invites dancers into a world that exists outside the mainstream. Expect a high-intensity ride: dark, fast, and unfiltered. Together with French/Kiwi artist Moondog, he co-runs Event Horizons, a platform pushing forward-thinking sounds and giving local artists a platform to express their versions of techno. He’s shared lineups with global names like Mha Iri, Greenwolve, Meraki, and Samari, and has lit up stages at events like Klangdance, Chupatrance, Geared, Spectrum Festival, Omnishakti Festival, and Yatra Festival. This is U-DAY. This is the takeover.

  • MALWARE

    MALWARE

MALWARE will take over a night in seconds with her signature dark, alluring sound. Her passion lies in psy, driving and hard techno. Expect heavy bass, psychedelic textures and delicious acid lines that pull you deep into a trance. Emerging in 2025, her presence is already spreading across the motu, with performances in Wellington, Tauranga, Hawke’s Bay, Auckland, and Taranaki. MALWARE curates sets that builds in intensity until you’re fully immersed, pulled deeper by pounding rhythms and a mesmeric flow. She creates powerful atmospheres that are hypnotising and a little dangerous. Once she gets into the system, there’s no escape (not that you’ll want one).

  • NARCOTICA

    NARCOTICA

Narcotica is a rising force in the world of peak-time techno and hardhouse, hailing from New Zealand. Though relatively new to the scene, Narcotica has quickly carved out her own distinctive style, blending driving rhythms with powerful, hypnotic energy. Known for her precision behind the decks, she crafts seamless sets that captivate and command the dance floor from start to finish. Whether it’s the pounding basslines of techno or the raw intensity of hardhouse, Narcotica has a unique ability to create an unforgettable atmosphere that keeps the crowd moving. CALLUM W

Callum W is a Wellington-based DJ and producer known for crafting long-form techno journeys that balance emotional depth with relentless dancefloor energy. His sets span the full spectrum of techno — from the cinematic and melodic to the raw and driving. Whether building atmosphere in the early hours or commanding a peak-time crowd, Callum brings intention and instinct to every set. Rooted in the ethos of 90s rave culture, his approach favours hypnotic repetition, psychedelic texture and evolving energy over predictable formulas — creating experiences that move both body and mind.

Goldie brings experience, passion, and a relentless commitment to the sounds of the underground.

  • NO WAY JOSE

    NO WAY JOSE

A neophyte disciple of bass, he fell fast for the low rumble, rolling grooves, and psychedelic textures of what he and his friends call mushroom techno. His sets are guided by instinct, emotion and built for total immersion, seamlessly weaving tracks into journeys, blurring the line between meditation and movement that pull dancers deeper into the void. “Your f*cking welcome” - Jose Phat beats his way. Techno all day. No Way Jose.
