Verges Alive - Plant Orders

Verges Alive Plant Orders - City of Charles Sturt residents only

Pre-orders will open from 9:00am Friday, 1 September 2023.
Pre-orders will close 9:00pm Sunday, 1 October 2023.

City of Charles Sturt residents can now pre-order their Verges Alive plants as part of the Nature Festival and our Green Living Showcase held on Saturday 7 October 2023 at Civic Centre, 72 Woodvlle Rd. 

After selecting your plants, they will then need to be paid for (EFTPOS ONLY), and collected from the Civic Centre any time between 12:30pm-4:30pm. 

Each plant will be $1 per plant with a minimum order of 10 plants and a maximum of 30 plants per property, payments to be made on the day of collection at the showcase. You must retain your confirmation email to show our attendants as proof of pre-order.

The City of Charles Sturt encourages and supports our residents to rediscover the joy of gardening in our urban landscape. However, before you go ahead and start planting there are a few things you should consider.

There are Community Verge Development Guidelines and Checklist that will assist in planning your verge planting and obtaining a Permit to do so, by purchasing the verge pack you are agreeing to be listed on the do not mow/do not spray register.
