Expecting a baby? New parent? In the planning stage? — We are here to celebrate it with you! Join us for the 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 & 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, a day filled with inspiration, expert advice, and community support for families at every stage.

    Seminar - Heal Your Emotions: The Emotion Code for Mamas

    Join Heather LeFoll of Two Hearts Healing as she introduces pregnant AND postpartum mamas to The Emotion Code, a simple energy-healing yechnique to release "trapped emotions"- invisible emotional energies that can contribute to physical discomfort and emotional overwhelm. Understanding Trapped Emotions: Learn how emotional stress from the past can be stored in your body, impacting your well-being during and after pregnancy. Simple Energy Release: See a quick demonstration of how to use the Emotion Code chart and muscle testing to gently identify and release these emotional energies. Empowerment for Motherhood: Gain a powerful, at-home tool to address common challenges like anxiety, overwhelm, and the "baby blues", promoting greater peace for both you and your family.

    Pregnancy and birth place incredible demands on a woman's body, and the way the nervous system and pelvis function can influence the birth experience. In this talk, Dr. Taryn Mason of FOSTERing Wellness, explains how chiropractic crae during pregnancy supports the body's natural design for birth.

From choosing a provider to understanding what to prioritize, Tegan will help you to feel empowered as you enter this new chapter. This seminar is perfect for anyone along the perinatal continuum. Whether you are planning for your future, have just found out you are expecting, or are well into your pregnancy, this information is for you! Hope to see you there.

    Demo/Activity - Finding Your FIt: The New Way to Size Pump Flanges

    Dani Krawiec of Doula Oblongata, will be sharing the lates evidence-based approach to breast pump flange sizing and why this shift matters for comfort, output, and long-term pumping success. Over the past year and a half, flange sizing has begun to move away from a one-size-fits-most and toward a more individualized method. In this demo, Dani will explain what's changing, why it matters, and how the right fit can make pumping easier, more efficient, and more comfortable from the start.
