The Veterans Men's Wellness weekend is open to all current and former army, navy, air force, police, fire, ambulance, SES and 000 operators.

Facilitated by a male veteran, Mat from Creative Roots Breath Therapy.

Activities include:

Meditation Sessions
Men's Circles
Breathwork
Mindfulness & Holistic Activities
Social Connection & Self-connection
Farmstay Animal Engagement
Swimming Pool & relaxing in nature
Integration Tools

Accommodation: Camping: BYO Tent, Caravan, swag etc or book into one of our rooms via the website

Facilities: Shower and Toilet, Pool, Gym, Shed & Common room complete with Kitchenette.

*Powerpoints available in indoor areas to charge phones & devices

Meals Information: Complimentary Dinner/Breakfast will be provided Fri/Sat dinner and Sat/Sun breakfast on a communal cooking basis, (lunches and snacks are individual responsibility).

*BBQ, microwave , kettle, toaster and kitchenette available for use.
