Course Overview

Veterinary leadership can be isolating. Managers frequently make decisions about people, performance, team culture and clinic operations without a dedicated space to step back, test their thinking and consider different perspectives. Even experienced leaders can benefit from a confidential professional sounding board when a situation is complex, sensitive or continuing to develop.

This confidential roundtable meets monthly for six months and is shaped by the leadership challenges participants bring. Cat facilitates a structured review to help the group clarify each situation, explore realistic options and identify considered next steps. Managers learn from peers working across different veterinary settings, with opportunities to revisit ongoing challenges and strengthen reflective leadership judgement over time.
