Join us for an extraordinary World Champagne Day celebration as we raise a glass to Veuve Fourny & Fils, a family house crafting Champagne of remarkable finesse from the chalk slopes of Vertus.

Since 1955, the Fourny family has made its own Champagne and today Monique and Charles Fourny continue that legacy across just 6.5 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards. Small, meticulous and deeply rooted in place, theirs is Champagne shaped by patience, chalk and an unwavering respect for terroir.

The evening unfolds at Firma Italian, Emporium Hotel South Bank, where Charles Fourny himself will host a four-course dinner paired to perfection with the house's most expressive cuvées. From the precision of its Blanc de Blancs to the character of its single-vineyard releases, each pour tells the story of Vertus and the family behind it, including two exceptionally rare bottlings that few in Australia will ever have the chance to taste.
