Proudly presented by The Wright Family Foundation, CEDA, Manawatu District Council and Kiwibots, we are returning to the Palmerston North this month for the New Zealand VEX IQ Challenge National Championships for the 2021-22 season!

We invite anyone and everyone to come and check out this event where VEX IQ teams from around Aotearoa will compete over two days to gain a spot to represent NZ at the VEX World Championships in Texas, USA later this year. There's something for everyone, with free public robotics kits (VEX GO) available for anyone to play with and have a go themselves!

This event is a vaccine certificate requiring event, so please have your My Vaccine Pass available for scanning on entry.
Under Orange, we recommend all adults wear masks when indoors at the venue. If the region moves to Red, this event will not go ahead.

NOTE - you do not need to print out your ticket for this event, we will be able to sign you in on arrival. Please ensure that every individual has RSVP'd for a ticket as this will assist us in contact tracing.

Check in and inspection will be available on Friday the 29th January, with competition Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th January.

Competitors, please also make sure that each one of you has registered for a ticket here and has also completed the RECF consent form prior to the event. On arrival to the event, you will be provided a band and lanyard on entry that is valid for the entire weekend. Students who may look approximately 12 yrs old but are under the vaccination req threshold (12yrs 3 months) are recommended to bring ID along with them should security ask for a My Vaccine Pass and can then show this school ID or other proof of age.
