Event description

VFMC Public Sea Shanty Session

Club and committee member, Tony O’Neil will be conducting a sea shanty session on the 9th of July at from 2.00pm to about 4.00pm at the community space in the Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre. This is a test day to see if there is sufficient interest to run a regular daytime shanty session in our area. This is in school holidays so bring the little people along if you are childminding.



We would love to see you there whether to sing or just listen in. The lyrics should be up on a TV screen and there is also a song book available. Forest Hill Chase address is 270 Canterbury Road, Forest Hill. The community space is directly opposite the Post Office on level 2.

COVID and Flu protocols:

We have a responsibility to our audience and Club members not to put their health at risk. Please do not attend the if you have any Cold, Flu or COVID symptoms.
