Event description

Main Act performers

Our Main Act this month is the Weeping Willows. They have firmly established themselves as songwriters of captivating power and poise.  Following in the footsteps of the luminous likes of Gillian Welch and The Secret Sisters, The Weeping Willows continue to lead the way in Australia’s bustling Alt-Country/Americana scene. 

Support Act

Our Support Act is Chris Stack, a local singer songwriter, originally from the UK. He has written many quirky and satyrical songs including (I'm not) The Shrewsbury Bomber and The Mortuary Train. These and many others are on his album 'Songs and Stories'. He has performed as a member of the group Folktrain and as a support act at a previous VFMC concert.

We have a responsibility to our audience and Club members not to put their health at risk.Please do not attend the Concert if you have any Cold, Flu or COVID symptoms.


The format of the night will be:

  • 7.45 – 8.15pm Three spot acts.
  • 8.15 – 8.45 pm Support Act, Chris Stack
  • 8.45 – 9.00 pm Supper
  • 9.00 – 10.00pm The Weeping Willows
