Whole of Victorian Government Legal Induction Program

The Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office (VGSO) Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) Legal Induction Program is a first-class learning opportunity. It provides government lawyers and public servants who are new to the Victorian Public Sector with the essential knowledge and skills to perform their roles. Over four half-days, experienced solicitors will present 13 sessions in an interactive forum.

The learning experience
All sessions are in-person allowing for networking and inter-organisational connectivity. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions live, interact and engage with presenters and fellow participants.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Attendees may be eligible to claim up to 13 CPD points for attending the full program:

• 9.5 CPD units, Substantive Law
• 1.5 CPD unit, Practice Management and Business Skills
• 1 CPD unit, Professional Skills
• 1 CPD unit, Ethics and Professional Responsibility

Materials
All attendees will receive comprehensive course materials after the program ends.

Registration and Enquiries
The cost to attend the program is $1,500 +GST per participant.
If there are more than 5 attendees from the same organisation they will receive a 10% discount.
