This one-hour workshop for ages 16+ is about what consent actually looks and feels like in real life. We’ll move beyond repeating “Is this okay?” and talk about how to navigate sex, boundaries, uncertainty, and changing your mind.

Participants will learn practical ways to ask what someone wants, say what they want, respond without making things weird, and notice when an experience feels connected, pressured, confusing, or off.

If talking about sex or navigating consent feels weird, uncomfortable, or confusing: we'll make it simple!
