In this 3-hour workshop you will learn/practice the advanced technique of rounding with Vedic meditation teacher, Anna Young-Ferris and then be treated to a sound healing session using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with Toonie McDougall. Float away… vibrating higher than ever before!
Rounding is a set of simple yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation, and rest and can become part of your existing meditation practice taking between 45-60 minutes as an all-inclusive home practice. It will deeply rejuvenate your mind and body to optimise your mental and physical health; release stress, tension and fatigue; enhance mental clarity; and allow you to expand into greater realms of consciousness.
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system re-balancing, and emotional release.
