DubClub 10 — Roots Recycled Sound System presents VIBRONICS (UK)

Ten editions in and we're bringing the heaviest one yet to Haven.

Roots Recycled Sound System is pulling DubClub 10 up a level for this one: Vibronics, straight from the UK, joins us for a night of dubplates, sub-bass and steppers rhythm built the old way.

Steve Vibronics has been carving out digital dub since 1995 out of Leicester, earning respect from the likes of Jah Shaka, Iration Steppas and Aba Shanti-I along the way, and running his own SCOOPS label off the back of it. This isn't a DJ set dressed up as a sound system night — it's dub music made and played by someone who's spent thirty years in the culture.

Roots Recycled will be holding it down either side, keeping the vibe rootikal from doors to close.

Haven's got the room and the rig to do this properly — expect a big, clean, heavyweight sound and a crowd that knows what a one-drop is for.
