Shutdown and Turnaround Planning

Shutdowns and Turnarounds are time consuming and expensive and can take from 2 weeks to 2 months every 2 years.

With the current economic climate focused on productivity and cost cutting implies that assets will be worked harder and that limits are to be explored in a safe and structured manner. This impacts significantly on how shutdown scopes of work and downtime is viewed by the organisation and shutdown management processes and their business owners are constantly under scrutiny to improve.

Effective shutdown management also relies on an increased maturity in managing asset information to support work scope definition and effective execution.

Avoid slippage, increase productivity and efficiency and save money by better planning. Increase your plants up-time, improve production, revenues and profitability.

Come join your peers to visit an excellent site and gain valuable insights in how Qenos plan their Shutdowns. This will also include a site tour of their facility.
