FAQs

• Can I enter the farm before 9am?

  Luna Park will open at 9am, Brainwave will be ready to check you in from 8.45am.

• Can we stay at after 11am?

  Yes, you are welcome to stay after 11am. Luna Park will be open to the public and you will need to purchase tickets.

• Is there an area set aside for Brainwave Families?

  We have full venue hire for the 2 hours. There will be an area with seats if you need some time out.

• Will there be free food provided?

  No, unfortunately we are unable to provide food for this event. You are welcome to bring your own food and there are cafes at Luna Park where you can purchase food.

• Can volunteers or Brainwave staff help supervise my children?

  No, you are responsible for your children at all times.

• Is Luna Park wheelchair accessible?

  There is wheelchair access to the grounds of Luna Park. We also have wheelchair access toilets available. Guests in wheelchairs are permitted to ride on all attractions at Luna Park except the Scenic Railway. However, various health and safety requirements do apply to wheelchair guests so it’s always best to check with staff before your visit. • What happens if it rains?

  Our event will go ahead – rain, hail or shine 😊 There will be covered areas available at Luna Park for the families to seek shelter from the rain. We recommend you, and your family, dress appropriately for the conditions on the day and be prepared for a wonderful day of connection and fun, whatever the weather.

• What do I do if I can no longer attend?
