Description

LAST MINUTE TICKETS - HEY EVERYONE, WE LOVE YOU, WE'VE HIT OUR CUT OFF FOR SOUP ORDERS. SO IF YOU BUY A TICKET NOW, YOU'LL STILL HAVE A GREAT TIME BUT WE CAN'T GUARENTEE A BOWL OF SOUP FOR YOU. YOU CAN STILL ORDER FOOD FROM THE BAR.

Vic Park Soup is back and this time it’s for the arts, darling. Over a bowl of soup (and a drink or two), local’s cast their vote for their favourite project pitched by Vic Park Community members. You pay $10 entry, and the winner walks home with the lot (plus some additional dollars matched by the Town of Vic Park). Brought to you by the Vic Park Collective, ‘Soup’ has been running for more than 10 years and is described as “Wholesome AF”.

Soup events are a grassroots way of funding small to medium sized projects through community meals. Community members come together, bringing with them a pitch for a project, and an appetite for an affordably priced bowl of soup. The pitches are given over the course of the dinner, with community members then deciding which project will be supported by receiving the funds from the meals sold as a micro-grant.

Drop us a line at hello@vicparkcollective.com to register to pitch for your Arts Project, and if you're the crowd favourite on the night, you'll walk away with a micro-grant to make it happen.

Just want soup and a say? You're in the right place! Book your ticket now to attend, eat delicious soup, and vote on your favourite pitch.
