The theme for this event is The Power of Partnerships which is really centred around nurturing relationships. Join us for a panel discussion where we dive deep on:

• How to identify and appeal to potential Partners for your business
• Type of Partnerships + stories and examples across categories about what they do
• How and who you should partner with as you start up, scale up or keep growing
• Learnings from the field and audience - what's worked, what to watch out for
• What to do when a relationship starts to fizzle (could be good for business AND at home!)
• Lived experience and insight about partnerships for strategic growth, innovation and collective success

And so much more.

There'll be time for socialising over drinks and nibbles, then BIO Host Nick Worthington will kick things off with some intros before we get underway. 

We're all about real connection and conversations, people and their stories, shared over a vino and a laugh. Our approach to business connections or networking is down to earth, supportive, all about how we can help - no name tags or cringey sales pitches here. 
If you're new to this sort of event, relax - we're less about networking and more about connection. No need to stand up on a stage and present your elevator pitch, just share from the heart what you do, what you love about it and who your ideal client is as well as any help you'd like from the group.

Here at BIO, we do networking a little differently.

You don't have to own your own business (but it’s cool if you do) or be an entrepreneur, you just need to be open to meeting new people, listening to their tales, connecting differently and sharing ideas.

We’re not leeches… so our members are not about sucking the business (or life) out of you. We work together to help our members solve problems, build their businesses, further their careers or develop themselves. We give people a platform to tell their story and make valuable connections.

We hold monthly events for our members, and if you would like to come along - meet new people and give us a whirl then come along and join us to see what all the fuss is about.

Talking’s great, but sometimes so is listening. 

To make sure each BIO event is interesting, we introduce you to our host for the night. This person will take us on a journey throughout the meet-up and talk briefly on a trending subject that sparks interest.
