If you chose to receive an invoice for your order, VicSRC's Finance Manager will be in touch via email soon.

If you did not provide students' information during checkout, you'll need to update the order once you've confirmed those details. You can do this by clicked 'Edit Order' in your confirmation email. Or, return to Humanitix via your account, find your booking, and look for 'Edit Oder' there. We will need final student details by 31 August. Otherwise, the placeholder t-shirt size and dietary requirements will be provided.

As we move closer to the event, we will send information directly to students, including a Delegate Pack with lots of helpful information. It will also include a parental permission form. We appreciate your support in ensuring that students and their parents/carers complete this form.
