Costs below are per person for 3 nights of accommodation and your 3-day Schoolies Festival™ 2023 ticket.  

• Powered Site (Min 8, Max 12) - $417.00  
• Unpowered Site (Min 6, Max 10) - $370.00  
• Budget Cabins (2 Guests) - $608.00 *must have 2 guests  
• Granite Cabin (2 Guests) - $629.00 *must have 2 guests  
• Rosetta / Granite Cabins (4 Guests) - $629.00 *must have 4 guests  
• Granite Cabin (5 Guests) - $629.00 *must have 5 guests  
• Hindmarsh Cabin (5 Guests) - $650.00 *must have 5 guests  
• Yilki, Granite, Coorong and Encounter Cabins (6 Guests) - $629.00 *must have 6 guests  
• Murray/Newlands Cabins (6 Guests) - $650.00 *must have 6 guests  
• Granite Cabin (8 Guests) - $629.00 *must have 8 guests  
• Heysen Cabins (8 Guests) - $661.00 *must have 8 guests  

*Cabin numbers assume 2 people in double/queen bed  

Please note: Encounter Youth is not responsible for provisions at Victor Harbor Holiday and Cabin Park. Your application will be processed and you will be notified if your application has been successful.

Bond: a cash bond will need to be paid by the team leader on arrival; this will be returned at the end of the weekend unless the site/cabin fails to meet the required standard then the bonds will be withheld.  

Payment Schedule  

Full Balance (less Application)  

1. Application - $49 (+ booking fee) application fee upon completion of the application (refunded if unsuccessful).  
2. Full Balance - Total of Schoolies Festival™ 2023 Accommodation & Ticket Package less the application fee ($49) due 7th March 2023.
