Event description

The second annual Victor Harbor Science Fair on 26th June at the Victor Harbor Recreation Centre aims to delight and engage with all ages at morning and afternoon sessions.

Marvel at SciWorld's Liquid Nitrogen Show, see magic happen at the Wipe Out Waste Wizard's Show and singalong with a brand new bunch of songs at Prof Flint's Dinosaur Show.   Kids into technology can get involved with robotics with Techspace Learning and Roboroos.  SciWorld's huge inflatable Starlab will be offering journeys through the night sky and Ignite VR will give visitors an individual virtual reality experience.

Of course there will be slime!   But also electron microscopes from Inspire STEM Education, displays from the Marine Discovery Centre and bugs n slugs, hands-on exhibits from Questacon, an electric circuits activity and a chance to build a really tall tower with marshmallows and spaghetti!

So much fun in every corner of the Recreation Centre complex. It has to be the event that the kids will never want to leave.

Thanks to the City of Victor Harbor and the Rotary Club of Victor Harbor for helping make it all happen.  The Rotary Club is providing a great sausage sizzle and the Good Kid Mad Coffee caravan will ensure parents get their caffeine fix.

Two sessions are on offer so that no-one misses out, so book now to secure your tickets.
