The Melbourne Walk for Mental Health this year is again being held at the Albert Park Lake, VIC. You can choose to walk 3km, 5km or 10km. Signage and staff members will be around on the day to support you. The Melbourne Walk is a perfect opportunity for the community to come together to raise awareness and advocate for mental health. Let’s all take steps towards mental health, whether that is physically or virtually, or both, and let’s make each step count!

Join us for a family fun day at the Albert Park Lake! The Walk will be followed by Multicultural Festival with food trucks, music and multicultural entertainment!

Note that MHFA merchandise will be available for collection on the day at the event.
