Diligent Physique & Total Body Flow are collaborating to bring to you Vitality Day brought to you Victorious Gym.

Event Details:

When:                 Sunday 21st July 2024

Time:                   9:00 -14:00

Where:                 Dutton Park (Weather permitting, please keep an eye out for any changes on socials)

Description:         9:30AM Yoga I10:30AM Muay Thai Workshop I 11:30AM Strength & Conditioning followed by a scrumptious lunch (vegan options available)                         

There will be a mystery game at the end of the day.

Heaps of prizes to be won on the day for e.g Supplements, Recovery vouchers,  and MMA fight store voucher and more. YOU HAVE TO BE THERE TO WIN IT!

Cost:             $20 (Bring a workout buddy and they pay $15)
