Join our local facilitator, Phoebe Nga Nguyen, as she guides you in preparing delicious and authentic Vietnamese dishes.

Menu:

Entree - Fresh Spring Rolls

Main - Thit Kho (Vietnamese Braised Pork Belly with Eggs)

Dessert - Avocado Coconut Ice-cream

In this hands-on group class, you will learn to create a three-course meal. All materials, instructions, and equipment are provided, and dinner is included!
