Viewpoints and Composition Workshop

In this experiential workshop participants will gain knowledge and or deepen their practice in the Viewpoints methodology. We will explore the 9 Viewpoints and how they can offer range, structure and limitless ways we can respond to time and space. We will engaging in mind body techniques connecting with the creative self Somatically and explore practices to find a deep sense of flow. We will investigate how the Viewpoints can be utilised to devise collaborative theatre in a way that is creative, playful and expansive. This workshop is for actors, dancers, teaching artists and anyone interested in this dynamic technique which is a wonderful embodiment framework for performers and an excellent toolkit for devising performance.
