Kim Bredius

"I am a Sydney-based artist. Born and raised in the Netherlands, I have been creating since a little girl; writing, drawing, sewing, painting, jewellery making, sculpting and more. Over the years I have focused mainly on painting. Painting for me is like being all zen and in my own little world. I love it. It is like meditation, my HAPPY place.

I mainly find inspiration in nature and the outdoors and love the use of acrylic paints. My big love is for colours, bold works and to express happiness.
I love abstract, I love realism, I love expressionism… so hard, I love it all. If I would have to define my style, I would say I am a colour-pop artist who creates.
My favourite subject matter is flowers and nature. I love bringing them to life on canvases and paper.
Life is already serious enough as it is, and I want to bring joy to people’s everyday life."

Kat Choi

Katrina Choi is an Australian solo and chamber pianist who has performed in Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland, and Greece. Her tenacity has seen her to self-curate concerts, beginning in 2017 while still a student. Kat has a particular interest in French and Russian music - her playing of such repertoire has led her to win the 2022 Shoalhaven Piano Championship, 2021 Sydney Eisteddfod Duo Sonata with Amanda Chen, and a 2024 Poros International Piano Academy audience prize.

Kat was a scholarship recipient while studying her Master and Bachelor of Music with Phillip Shovk and Clemens Leske, at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She continues her connection with the Conservatorium as an Open Academy piano tutor. She plans to return to Europe to study further with her mentors Paul Roberts and Oleg Marshev, respectively, French and Russian music specialists.

Kat has fundraised for five causes through concerts, her first marathon and half marathon races, and as a World Vision sponsor. When not immersed in music, she can be found enjoying nature, reading with a good coffee and pastry, or spending time with friends and family.
