JOIN US FOR A MORNING OF MOVEMENT, VIIBES + CONNECTION.
To celebrate the launch of Every Body's Bootiful new era, VIIBE - we have put together a wholesome morning filled with all our fav things.
What: Our 30minute cardio pilates class, SWEATY VIIBEZ followed by brunch platter, elixirs, goodies and connection.
SWEATY VIIBEZ incorporates a series of dynamic, fast paced pilates movements, performed to the beat of the music. Think Pilates on steroids, but fun. Your booties will burning. Your muscles will be screaming. Your bods glowing with sweat and your abs firing. But rest assured, that the viibez will be high, and the music will be pumping. Class will be accompanied by the viibey beats of local DJ queen, Coco Bevan.
