Go behind the scenes for an intimate tour of the NGERINGA property, followed by a curated tasting of their award-winning Biodynamic wines, accompanied with a selection of snacks.
The morning begins with a personal tour of the famed Summit Vineyard. This is the site, recently awarded 'Vineyard of the Year' where NGERINGA grows the fruit for their premium biodynamic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Guests will learn about the art of growing premium cool climate fruit, the philosophy of biodynamics, and NGERINGA's extensive revegetation projects.
Upon returning to the winery, guests will be guided through a bespoke tasting of some of NGERINGA’s best current and back release wines.
The tasting is accompanied by a curated selection of snacks created by Chef Shannon Fleming, with estate-grown and locally sourced ingredients.
