Begin your week with an energizing yoga class at the pavilion on Monday, August 11th . Lauren Shaw, yoga instructor, will guide you with an easeful flow from one pose to the next to get you started on a great path for your week. At the end of class, you'll enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with additional wine available for purchase.

Dress comfortably (we recommend layers) and bring your own yoga mat. Class will start at 7:00pm, arrive a few minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. All levels and experiences are welcome. Grab a friend and spend your Monday evening with us!

Lauren earned her Kripalu certification in 1998 and also completed Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher Training in 2017 at Kripalu. She began teaching Yoga in NYC and has taught for over 20 years at colleges and various learning centers. You can learn more at her website below:
