FAQs

  • Is there a place I can park my car and unload my goods?

On-street parking isn’t available on our street but the nearest secure car park is at the NCP Glasshouse on Glassford Street (3-minute walk) or QPark on Albion Street (4-minute walk).

If you need to park outwith Glasgow’s LEZ, there is on-street parking just a 5-minute walk away on Bell Street.

We have the goods entrance on Hutcheson Street and we can have a trolly available there for you to get stuff along. Alternatively, you can unload your goods at the side of The Boardwalk and bring it along to the main entrance to go down in the lift.

If you'd like us to arrange a trolly for you at the Hutcheson Street goods entrance, please get in touch to let us know at venuehire@impactarts.co.uk

  • Is there a lift?

Yes, when you enter The Boardwalk via our main entrance on the walkway between Hutchinson Street and Brunswick Street, you'll arrive at reception where there is a lift down to our main foyer.
