Experience an activating and heart opening journey, with the power of movement, breath, meditation and sound.

As one we calm the mind by synchronising the movement with the breath.
Opening and expanding we will release tension and obstacles in the body, allowing prana to flow more naturally.

Vinyasa offers a greater harmony to our mobility, flexibility and strength, increases our stamina and improves our circulation.

To integrate we relax and enjoy a sound journey. Settling into stillness allows the energy to flow to where it needs to go.
Integrating by being within, while the instruments sing.
Settling into stillness we become immersed in a sound journey.

Music has long been known as a medicine, studies show that certain vibrations and frequencies can alter emotions into a more peaceful state, lower any stress, ease any anxiety, improve sleep and energy levels, release tension and trauma.

Instruments
Harp, Didjeridu, world flutes, handpan, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, voice and various percussion instruments.

Facilitators
Rhys Menzel, Sara Allani and Tom Murdock

Please bring the following:

- yoga mat (we can provide if needed)

- fresh water

- comfortable, breathable, moveable clothing

- a pillow for head support during sound bath

- a blanket for warmth

- eye pillows, bolsters (optional)

- openness and love

Aim to arrive around 6:15pm
