FAQ

1. Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of on site parking just out the back of the studio. Turn off Montague rd onto Raven street, you will see signs for Yoga & Raven hotel parking. There are also 4 spots on the grass. You can use ANY of the parks at the rear of the building.

2. What should I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable moving your body in. You are welcome to bring a towel incase you get sweaty.

3. Is this recommended for beginners?
I believe yoga is for everyone. If you're unsure and want the support of a friend, invite someone along with you and get you and your friend discounted tickets with the 'Bring A Friend' package at checkout.
