Hatha Yoga (Beginner/Experienced Level) - Mondays

This is for participants with some previous experience of yoga. Each session includes beneficial exercise through asanas (yoga poses), breathing techniques and meditation for relaxation. Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques to channel vital energy. It involves breath, body and mind. It best suits those who can move unassisted up and down from the floor. Free parking in Scots Uniting Church car park. Yoga mats and blocks are provided or bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and bring water.

Vinyasa Yoga (Experienced/Intermediate Level) - Thursdays

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. This is sometimes described as a ‘flow’ - during each yoga session, you will move through poses where the flow of movement is connected with your breath. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and can help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness and focus. Each class includes warm-up flow, dynamic sequences, cool-down stretches, short guided meditation and shavasana.This class is designed for those with experience of yoga and a moderate level of fitness. 

Free parking in Scots Uniting Church car park. Yoga mats and blocks are provided or bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and bring water.
